Land sites from £3750 per Kw net including installation.
Offshore sites from £3500 per Kw net excluding installation.
The prices are based on a 27 degree average annual warm water temperature, and a 3km to shore 750-1000 meter deep site with 3 meters of elevation above sea-level at point of use.
Prices exclude planning and environmental services, electrical connections, power storage, transmission, and ground works.
Prices additionally exclude shore works and any action or item that is surplus to the basic required system.
Onshore and Offshore customers may be subject to fewer or more costs depending on the customer’s capabilities and location.
All prices are subject to market price changes and individual situations.
Pricing excludes shipping and travel costs due to the uniqueness of each site.
Prices are indicative of a reasonable cost and do not form part of a guarantee.

Net definition: In this case net means after parasitic pumping, this way the price is the cost per Kw of useful electricity.

Larger scale plants over 500Kw may be suitable for a discounted price in the case of both SWAC and OTEC when exceptional circumstances permit.

Discounts on larger plants with waste / useful heat may also be possible.
